Job description

- coordinating and supporting the figures in charge (Process Owner, Data Owner, Control Owner, ...) in designing, implementing and maintaining the quality controls for the company processes subject to monitoring, working so that the control system achieves the desired robustness objective;

- carrying out the periodic activities of collection, processing of the results of the quality controls, acquisition in the tool for the production of the periodic monitoring reports of the Key Quality Indicators;

- coordinating the phases of acquisition and diagnosis of reports of perceived poor data quality and monitoring the data remediation activities in charge of the figures in charge of resolving anomalies;

- draw up and keep updated over time the documents and tools provided by the Policy (data and control dictionary, process documents, implementation plan, issues & remediation register, business glossary; data lineage, data flow diagram; etc.).

- support the Manager in the management of the Data Governance and Data Quality Committee and in the preparation of the related documentation;

- support the Manager for the project activities in charge of the Service.

    • - Bachelor's or Master's degree in management engineering or computer science (mathematics or statistics second)
