Service description:

Responsible for system and services implementation. The AD Team Leader is attached to the Workplace team within the infrastructure department. The Workplace team is made up of 8 people, the AD Team leader manages 5people. You will provide 2nd and 3rd level support, manage projects and support the deployment of solutions that meet business demand.

You will be in regular contact with the teams in India and Singapore.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solution based on our new infrastructure ;
  • Document and report provided solutions to the clients by logging all actions into the ticketing system logs ;
  • Windows Server administration (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019) ;
  • Write, adapt and improve internal documentation (procedures, working instructions) and documentation from external service providers ;
  • Provides support in the implementation phase of projects and contribute to related documentation ;
  • Coordinate activities with external local service providers.

    • Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent
    • Training / Specialization
    • Master in IT or equivalent experience background
      At least 8 years of experience as Windows administrator

      • Good knowledge of MS 2016 solutions (Exchange, Skype, Sharepoint, SCCM)
      • Good knowledge of Office 365 solutions (Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Exchange)
      • Excellent skills for AD (backup and restoration procedure, Semperis applications), DNS, DHCP, DFS, NTFS, KMS, ADFS, PKI, IIS.
      • Fluent of PowerShell scripting
      • Knowledge Citrix Virtual and Application Desktop, VMWare.
      • Communication skills, customer orientation
      • Highly disciplined and process oriented - attention to detail, high level of accuracy
      • Outstanding ownership and dedication to the role required
      • Analytical skills and validation skills
      • Awareness and exposure to change management methodologies and best practices.
