Job description

What you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive release management strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning, scheduling, and executing software releases
  • Establish and maintain release governance frameworks ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams
  • Ensure comprehensive release documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on release timelines
  • Monitor and report on release performance metrics, driving continuous improvement
  • Drive quality-first culture through stakeholder influence and executive sponsorship

  • Minimum level of study
    Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent
    Training / Specialization
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps), release automation tools and release management best practices.
    10+ years of experience in software release management or related fields, with a proven track record of managing complex releases in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across teams.Fluent in both French and English.

    • CI/CD expertise: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD, Octopus Deploy

    • AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
