Job description

LCL recrute un Infirmier pour son Service de Santé au travail Autonome du siège à Villejuif en remplacement d'un collaborateur absent.


Il rejoindra l’équipe d’un médecin et de 3 infirmières en charge du suivi de 2600 collaborateurs.


Principales missions :


En collaboration et sous l’autorité du médecin du travail


Suivi individuel de l’état de santé des salariés
- Gestion du planning des visites médicales du médecin, de la convocation à la réalisation de la visite médicale (examens complémentaires, saisie du DMST à l’aide du logiciel Préventiel…)
- Conseils, écoute, suivi des préconisations du médecin du travail
- Réalisation des visites d’embauche


Prévention des risques dans l’entreprise
- Réalisation et suivi d’actions en milieu du travail : fiches d’entreprise, études de poste, installations aux postes. Rédaction de compte-rendu.
- Réalisation d’actions de promotion de la santé
- Participation aux campagnes de vaccination
- Prévention de la désinsertion professionnelle
- Suivi et mise en place des aménagements préconisés par le médecin du travail


- Permanence dans le service pour la prise en charge des soins urgents et des Accidents du travail, préétablissement des déclarations, tenue des registres
