Nous recherchons un.e Responsable d’Exploitation pour nos grands immeubles Francilien. Vous aurez à cœur de répondre aux besoins des occupants de nos sites.

Pour ce faire, vous aurez en charge :

-       la supervision technique / Maintenance / Petits travaux aménagement / Rénovation d’espace / Proposition d’entretien patrimonial / Suivis budgétaires, plannings et respect de la réglementation (sécurité des biens et des personnes),

-       le suivi des consommations énergétiques / Capacité à proposer des plans d’actions en lien avec la stratégie RSE de l’entreprise.

-       le pilotage des sous-traitants et de la bonne application des contrats (maintenance, propreté, bureaux de contrôles, …),

-       la gestion logistique / Service généraux / Réponses aux besoins des collaborateurs

Ce poste est hybride, avec une présence majoritaire à Villejuif ainsi que la possibilité de travailler à distance partiellement
