Job description

Au sein d’un pôle de gouvernance (Pilotage réglementaire, Sécurité Financière, Conformité, Risques, Amélioration Continue et Réclamations), le Chef de projets prendra en charge les missions suivantes :

·  Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration de notre Business Unit (issues des analyses internes, audits, réclamations clients, avis Google, etc), puis définir les plans d’actions associés,

·  Elaborer les cahiers des charges fonctionnels des projets d’amélioration continue, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes de la Business Unit,

·  Piloter les projets dans le respect des délais, des coûts et des objectifs fixés,

·  Arbitrer les priorités, anticiper les risques liés aux projets et définir les actions correctives et/ou préventives,

·  Coordonner les ateliers de travail et groupes de réflexion avec les équipes concernées,

·  Définir les indicateurs de performance, assurer le suivi des résultats et élaborer les reportings réguliers,

·  Promouvoir la démarche d’amélioration continue auprès des managers et des équipes,

·  Assurer la gouvernance des projets d’amélioration continue de notre Business Unit, et garantir l’atteinte des objectifs et bénéfices attendus.
