Job description

Camca Assurance S.A., créée en 1997, basée au Luxembourg, est une compagnie d’assurance Non-Vie filiale du Groupe CAMCA (Caisse d’Assurances Mutuelles du Crédit Agricole, filiale du Groupe Crédit Agricole (CA), 1er bancassureur en Europe).

Camca Assurance est la 3ème compagnie d'assurance Non-Vie au Luxembourg, un des leaders de l'assurance caution des prêts à l'habitat en France (168 Mds € de crédits cautionnés).

 

Votre mission :

 

  • Instruire et conduire différents projets de développement notamment dans les domaines de la Caution ou des Garanties Financières
  • Participer à l’animation de pilotes avec les entités du Groupe dont les Caisses Régionales
  • Assurer la polyvalence avec les équipes Caution (dérogations, pilotage)
  • Identifier les KPI de suivi des projets
  • Assurer le pilotage des indicateurs clés
  • Prendre en compte les dimensions « expérience Client » et « Expérience Collaborateur » dans la conduite des projets

    • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience au sein d’une fonction support dans le domaine du crédit
    • Vous disposez d’une expérience réussie en banque de réseau
    Minimum experience level
    3-5 years
    Skills needed
    • Vous êtes expérimenté(e) dans la conduite de projets
    • Vous avez une réelle capacité à manager des équipes, en transverse, sans lien hiérarchique
    • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome et avez un sens du relationnel développé
    Languages
    Français courant avec un bon niveau d'anglais
