C’est dans ce contexte que nous recherchons aujourd’hui un(e) Négociateur(ice) Immobilier Transaction (H/F) pour un poste en CDI, statut salarié VRP, à pourvoir au sein de notre agence Square Habitat à LIMOGES.

 

Vos missions principales :

  • Accompagner nos clients dans la vente de leur bien immobilier ou dans leur projet d'achat
  • Prospecter afin de développer notre offre de biens
  • Développer et animer les synergies bancaires ou interservices (gestion-syndic) et transformer les recommandations apportées par ces synergies
  • Être le garant de la constitution des dossiers dans le respect de la législation et des process internes,
  • Assurer le bon déroulement de la transaction jusqu'à la signature du compromis de vente chez le notaire.

    Une expérience commerciale réussie d’au moins 2 ans, avec prospection terrain obligatoire ou d'une expérience en vente en face à face.
