En tant que Gestionnaire Locatif H/F vous serez le binôme du Property Manager, notamment dans la relation locataires et mandant.
Vous assurerez la gestion administrative et financière des contrats commerciaux dans les outils comptables métier.
Vous serez garant des obligations administratives de l’acte de bail, de la facturation, des encaissements et des étapes de recouvrement.
Vous serez un contact clef privilégié du mandant, du property manager et des locataires.
Poste en CDI basé à Saint-Etienne (42) avec déplacements nationaux ponctuels.
