Spécialiste de l’administration de biens, Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers conçoit des services de location, transaction, gestion locative ou encore syndic de copropriétés distribués par les réseaux d’agences immobilières Square Habitat Crédit Agricole.
Rattaché à la Direction des Opérations, vous rejoignez une équipe composée de 30 personnes afin d’assurer la tenue rigoureuse de la comptabilité courante et financière des syndicats de copropriétés dans le respect des normes légales, fiscales et comptables (lot de 2378 répartis sur 83 immeubles).
Au sein de Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers aux Particuliers (SIP), vous rejoignez Directions des Opérations basée à Chamalières (63) dans le cadre d'un CDI.
En tant que Comptable Copropriétés, vous aurez pour principales missions de :
· Assurer la tenue et la gestion de la comptabilité des syndicats de copropriétaires
· Garantir le respect des règles comptables de la réglementation en matière de gestion comptable
· Contribuer à la fiabilité des comptes et à la qualité de service à apporter aux clients copropriétaires.
· Être l'interlocuteur dédié des clients sur l'ensemble des demandes de nature comptable
· Assister aux réunions préparatoires de revue des comptes et aux conseils syndicaux/assemblées générales à besoin
