Job description

Crédit Agricole Immobilier, à travers sa filiale Crédit Agricole Services immobiliers, accompagne les clients particuliers à chaque étape de leurs projets immobiliers. Spécialiste de l’administration de biens, Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers conçoit des services de location, transaction, gestion locative ou encore syndic de copropriétés distribués par les réseaux d’agences immobilières Square Habitat Crédit Agricole. 

Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers recrute pour son agence SQUARE HABITAT CREDIT Besançon un(e) Assistant(e) de Copropriétés (H/F) en CDI. 

Au sein du service Copropriété, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le/la Gestionnaire de Copropriétés.

Vos missions principales :

  • Vous accueillez, renseignez et analysez les besoins de la clientèle de l'agence.
  • Vous assurez les travaux de secrétariat et effectuez le suivi des dossiers travaux (ordres de services, suivi des interventions), assurances sinistres et des dossiers de procédure judiciaire.
  • Vous préparez les convocations, les ordres du jour et les procès-verbaux des Assemblées Générales.
  • Vous mettez en oeuvre les décisions prises par le gestionnaire de copropriété

    Votre esprit d'équipe, votre rigueur et votre réactivité seront les atouts de votre réussite.

    IT tools
    Vous maitrisez le pack Office et les outils bureautiques.La connaissance de Thetrawin est un plus.
