Job description

Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers, filière immobilière du groupe Crédit Agricole, recrute un(e) Assistant(e) de Copropriétés (H/F) en CDI au sein de son agence Square Habitat Crédit Agricole à Dieppe. 

Au sein du service copropriété, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les Gestionnaires de Copropriétés.

Vos missions principales :

  • Accueil, renseignement et analyse des besoins de la clientèle de l'agence
  • Travaux de secrétariat
  • Suivi des dossiers travaux (ordres de services, suivi des interventions), assurances sinistres et des dossiers de procédure judiciaire
  • Préparation des convocations, ordres du jour et procès-verbaux des Assemblées Générales
  • Mettre en œuvre les décisions prises par les gestionnaires de copropriétés
