Job description

Member of the Board of Directors in charge of risk management, the Chief Risk Officer reports to the CAL&F Head of Controls, Compliance & Risks and to the EFL SA Chief Executive Officer.

 

The Chief Risk Officer is responsible for monitoring and managing all types of risks in the 2nd line of defense, including, for example :

·       Credit Risk

·       Operational risks (all Basel 2 risks, BCP risks, GPDR risks, IS risks)

·       Compliance Risk

·       Financial Risk

of EFL Group (EFL SA, EFL Finance, Carefleet, Truck Care and Eurofactor).

 

The Chief Risk Officer, representing the 2nd line of defense, participates and contributes to the following Committees and Boards Supervisory Board

·       Board of Directors

·       Risk Committee

·       Credit Committee

·       Sensitive Risk Committee

·       Provisioning Committees

·       Crisis Committee

·       Backtesting Committees

·       Internal Control Committee

·       Compliance Committee

·       OFAC Committee

·       NAP Committee

·       Projet Steering Committees

·       RWA Steering Committees

·       CAL&F Risk Committees, on request

 

The Chief Risk Officer ensures the proper management of risk budgets, risk appetite, risk strategies and risk policies.

The Chief Risk Officer advises on matters relating to risks in the EFL Group

The Chief Risk Officer liaises with CAL&F Controls, Compliance & Risks and ensures appropriate reporting. He is the point of contact for risk issues with CA Polska Bank and other entities of the CA SA Group.
