Job description

Dans le cadre de nos activités Wealth Management, nous recherchons au sein de l’équipe Sécurité Financière – Client Opening and Monitoring, un Compliance Officer en charge :

• Participer au processus (traitement et validation) des ouvertures de comptes ;
• Participer au processus de traitement des changements de circonstances ;
• Intervenir en support du Front sur les questions de lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent et les questions liées à la Convention relative à l’obligation de diligence des banques (« CDB ») ;
• Analyser les dossiers client dans le cadre des revues périodiques (PEP, High Risk, Low Risk) et présenter les dossiers et avis Compliance aux Comités décisionnels ;
• Analyse, sous l'angle Compliance, des dossiers de crédits ;
• Paticiper au traitement des alertes de monitoring transactionnel en post-trade et et émission d'avis sur des transactions en pré-trade.

    Training / Specialization
    Formation universitaire ou professionnelle, de préférence en droit, finance ou économie.
    3 à 5 ans d'expérience en Compliance

    3-5 years
