Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

Data and Products Analysis

  • Maps data flows within the organization to improve automation of analysis processes
  • Data analysis on several different dimension: production, product, sales channel, geographical area, etc.
  • Develops product benchmarking: comparison with major competitors' offerings in terms of product
  • Develops ad hoc benchmarking on specific product details
  • Builds presentations of the benchmarking results and participates in discussion for implementation of product changes
  • Provides quantitative and qualitative insights regarding business performance to support and guide commercial strategies

 

Market watch and analysis

  • Develops market studies on macro-economic context, real estate, consumer credit, and automotive market
  • Monitors and analyses specific studies on insurance topics

 

Reporting

  • Develops quantitative and qualitative reporting on Italian and international markets on both business results and main projects update

 

Product Development

  • Support to Head of Marketing in designing/restyling products and services

 

Customer Satisfaction Management

  • Supports in conducting Customer Satisfaction projects in order to monitor specific KPIs to verify the quality of products and services
  • Turns analysis of results into insights and action plans for implementation

    • Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
    • Training / Specialization
    • Profile
      • Education: Business School/University
      • Experience: 3 to 5 years professional experience, ideally in the Bank-Insurance/Retail Banking/Consumer Credit Marketing sector
