Job description

Value Proposition:

  • Design a differentiating Value Proposition / articulation with Sales, Technical & Operations teams - incl. reflecting on the evolving regulatory frameworks (e.g. EIOPA)
  • Perform detailed competitor's benchmarks/ mystery shopping to identify the positioning of the offer and undertake any necessary developments & restyling in the product range
  • Propose restyling and development of products & services in collaboration with Partners (focus groups, concept definition, product launch campaign)
  • Leverage synergies within the CA group for sharing and identifying best practices for the development of the offer

Distribution:

  • Design plans to boost penetration rates and implement to meet needs of Partners
  • Build specific material for training (e.g. POS training, webinars, etc.), incl. storytelling, sales pitches, etc.
  • Propose content to support networks

Market Research:

  • Conduct market studies regarding the macro-economic context, real estate, consumer credit and automotive industries
  • Collaborate with market research agencies and purchase of research on specific topics related to the company business
  • Implement end-customer research / focus groups, through the intermediation of Partners, to evaluate the suitability of products with respect to market needs (POG)

Communication & Events / Branding:

Built and implement CACI communication strategy (e.g. forums, Partners days, communication contents on social networks, etc.)


This includes:

  • Definition of the internal and external communication plan
  • Development of internal communication materials such as articles, newsletters, company presentations
  • Support in the organization of events (agenda and topics definition, presentation materials realization, logistic support)

Management:

  • In the mid-term, our Marketing Manager shall form a team around them
  • Coordinate and management of a team composed of Marketing Specialists
  • Organize, planning and controlling the Marketing department's activities and performance
  • Define the annual Marketing plan and ensure its implementation

Interface:

  • The role requires effective communication across CACI functions and CAA sites (Dublin, Paris)

    • Training / Specialization
      • Business School/University
      • 10 years professional experience, ideally in the Bank-Insurance / Retail Banking / Consumer Credit Marketing sector
      • Organised, analytical, dynamic
      • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and Power Point

    • Fluency in English is necessary. German and French language are an advantage.
