Job description

L’équipe TMT Finance de CACIB est en charge du suivi de la plupart des clients du groupe Crédit Agricole dans le secteur (Corporates, Fonds de Private Equity et Fonds d’Infrastructure) avec 2 rôles principaux :

* Origination de transactions impliquant différents métiers de la banque : financements (infrastructure, leveraged, acquisitions), Conseil (M&A, dette, couverture, rating), couverture de taux, ECM, titrisation…

* Exécution des transactions de financements dans le secteur (infrastructure, leveraged, acquisitions) et, quand les cas se présentent, en coordination avec les équipes de conseil en dette et de conseil M&A

Parmi les banques leaders du marché, CACIB est depuis de nombreuses années dans le top 3 des league tables de financement TMT sur la zone EMEA

Rôle du VP au sein de l’équipe inclus

*En coopération avec les Seniors de l’équipe, la responsabilité :

• Evaluation d’opportunités commerciales
• Préparation et présentation de solutions et d’offres à nos clients
• Exécution de transactions, incluant maitrise et supervision de la modélisation opérationnelle et financière des business plan (infrastructure et corporates), due diligence, analyse du risque, structuration des transactions, préparation et négociation de la documentation juridique, coordination avec les équipes de syndication, d’ESG, de rating advisory, etc.

* Revue régulière de la performance du portefeuille afin d’identifier les risques et opportunités

* Participation à la supervision et à la formation des Associates, Analystes et stagiaires

* Bonne connaissance du marché et de ses évolutions

The CACIB TMT Finance team is covering most of the Credit Agricole group’s clients in the sector (Corporates, private equity funds, infrastructure funds) with 2 key roles:

* Origination of transactions in the telecom sector involving all the métiers of the bank: financing (infrastructure, leveraged, acquisitions), advisory (M&A, debt, rating, hedging), hedging, ECM, securitization…
* Execution of financing transactions in the telecom sector and when relevant in coordination with the TMT debt advisory and M&A teamsLeading team in the EMEA area, consistently in the top 3 TMT financing league tables

VP role within the team includes

* In coordination with Senior team members, being responsible for:

• Assessing new business opportunities
• Preparing and presenting financing offers and solutions to our clients
• Executing financing transactions, including being in charge of financial and operational modelling (infrastructure and corporates business plans), due diligence, credit risk assessment, transaction structuring, preparation and negotiation of the legal documentation, coordination of the syndication, ESG and rating advisory teams among others

* Periodical review of the team’s portfolio performance identifying potential risks and opportunities

* Participation to supervision and training of the Associates, Analysts and interns

* Developping a strong sectorial knowledge

Application criteria
Minimum education level: Bac + 5 / M2 or more / or equivalent
Education type: Business School, Engineering School or university
Minimum experience of 6 to 8 years in originating and executing transactions is required, ideally in the TMT sector, project/infrastructure financing or leveraged finance.
Minimum experience level: 6 - 10 years
Soft skills : proactivity, engagement, team spirit, excellent communication skills
IT tools: Pack Office
Langages : English and French (nice to have)
