Operational Excellence
· Ensure compliance of funds dealing procedures with fund documentation (including Prospectus/Offering Documents, Servicing Agreements and Operating Memorandums)
· Prepare & check internal and external reports to management, clients (Fund Manager, Distributor) and investors/distributors (e.g. client reporting, KPI reporting, etc)
· Follow up outstanding documents for KYC & subscription payments on the Fund’s account
· Translation of key information in KYC Document from Mandarin to English under client’s indemnity letter
· Provide high quality and professional client service to ensure Caceis Investor & Treasury Services Values are well maintained
Relationship and Communication
· Maintain efficient communication channels with managers, coordinators and team members
· Timely resolution/escalation of inter-departmental and cross functional queries
· Ensure collaborative relationship across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries including onshore business partners when required for the daily operations
· Works closely with manager of department to achieve department and organization goals
