Job description

Vous serez principalement en charge du suivi et de la comptabilisation des frais généraux / immobilisations avec des obligations de reporting groupe

 

Missions principales :

Comptabiliser les factures fournisseur.

Veiller à la bonne application des règles de TVA.

Saisir les règlements fournisseurs.

Assurer le suivi des opérations comptables et le contrôle des pièces justificatives.

Comptabiliser et assurer le suivi des factures liées au Fonds Euro.

Assurer la comptabilisation, le suivi et les clôtures des immobilisations.

Participer au reporting Groupe relatif à la norme IFRS 16.

Réaliser les rapprochements bancaires.

Analyser et traiter les écarts de rapprochement.

Effectuer le lettrage des comptes liés aux opérations sur contrats d’assurance vie.

Réconcilier les comptes bancaires dans le cadre des clôtures trimestrielles.

Participer aux clôtures comptables.

Etablir le reporting CSRD.

Collecter les données nécessaires à l’établissement du bilan carbone.

Contribuer aux différents reportings liés aux exigences CSRD.

Effectuer les recherches et la collecte d’informations auprès des banques dépositaires afin de répondre aux demandes des auditeurs et de contribuer au bon déroulement des travaux d’audit.

    Formation en comptabilité ou finance.
    minimum 5 ans en comptabilité fournisseurs et immobilisations.Bonne maîtrise des règles TVA et des principes comptables.Expérience en rapprochements bancaires et clôtures comptables.
    Minimum experience level
    6-10 years
    Skills needed
    Rigueur, autonomie et sens du détail.Bonne capacité d’analyse et de gestion de volumes de données.
    IT tools
    Maîtrise des outils comptables et d’Excel.
