Job description

Au sein de la Direction des Services Immobiliers aux Institutionnels (DSII), la Direction de l’Immobilier d’Exploitation (DIMEX) assure la gestion des locaux d’exploitation parisiens du
Groupe Crédit Agricole SA, occupés par des entités du Groupe. 

 

Le Pôle Finance et Pilotage Clients & Corporate (FPCC), composé de 7 personnes, assure le pilotage financier de ce portefeuille, à la fois pour les entités propriétaires du Groupe et les entités occupantes des locaux.

Au sein de ce Pôle, le chargé de contrôle financier et reporting Corporate exerce sous la responsabilité de la responsable contrôle financier et pilotage client ; il travaille en collaboration principalement sur les missions suivantes :

  • Accompagnement autour des projets immobiliers et des travaux
  • Contrôle budgétaire Corporate (clients = SCI du Groupe)
  • Facturation des honoraires
  • Contrôle financier / Budgétaire Clients (clients = Occupants des locaux gérés)
  • Reportings / vie juridique
  • Vie juridique & fiscalité
  • Activités comptables sur le Patrimoine DIMEX
  • Suivi analytique

        (impératif)
      • La connaissance de l’immobilier tertiaire serait un plus

      Une première expérience dans un poste similaire est un plus.
