Job description

With the Head of the Department, you manage the team in charge of Finance - Business Control of AMUNDI Luxembourg.

As team manager, you are accountable of adequate level of controls for all flows calculations (accrual and payment). Your team is also in charge of forecasts and the business plan.

You supervise the implementation and the maintenance of internal control procedures and you also support Head of the team in key mission of the team.

You act as the manager of a team composed of 4 persons and you are in charge of:
Regular review of financial results to verify the accuracy of figures recorded in the books of Amundi Luxembourg.
Prepare the provisions and perform the controls of the actuals figures for the net revenues.
Make sure that the controls of the general ledger are carried out regarding the accounts of P&L
Establish budgets, business plans and estimates, produce ad hoc analyses.
Produce the various monthly reporting (Legal P&L, profitability, Business line reporting…).
Prepare documents and participate to Boards of Directors meetings of funds.
Work in close collaboration with accounting team and other Amundi departments. Supervise the communication with all Group entities.
Liaising with external and internal auditors in the case of inspection.
Maintain and ensure on continuous update of the internal AUM and product referential database for fund related data. Sharing outputs with business stakeholders.
Leading the budget process for Amundi Luxembourg and coordinates with Paris headquarter and local team. ( including several presentations to local CEO)

      5+ years of experience in senior Finance role ideally with the asset management industry.
      Previous experience of manager is a plus or ability to manage people
