La Direction Assurances et Prévoyance, LCL recherche un Coach à dominante assurance.
Le coach assurance accompagne le développement des compétences commerciales et techniques des conseillers en matière d’assurance & prévoyance, en concertation avec leurs managers et contribue à la dynamique de ventes ‘Assurance & Prévoyance’ sur les marchés Part/BP/ Pro son périmètre.
Intégré(e) au sein de cette Direction et rattaché(e) à un des 3 Managers de coachs aura pour missions principales :
1. Coaching/formation :
En coordination avec les managers du réseau, accompagnements de prise de poste et accompagnements périodiques sur l’assurance & prévoyance afin d’accélérer et de sécuriser l’acquisition de compétences
Formations relatives à l’Assurance & Prévoyance sur son périmètre et suivi de la montée en compétence Assurance de son périmètre
Feedback aux managers afin de garantir la solidité de la montée en compétences des collaborateurs accompagnés.
Diffusion des meilleures pratiques, appropriation des principales transformations et mises en réseau relative à l’Assurance & Prévoyance
Professionnalisation des collaborateurs en RDV client
2. Dynamique commerciale :
Proposition de plans d’actions aux DR pour atteindre les objectifs Assurance & Prévoyance de son périmètre
Pilotage les KPI définis par la direction Assurance & Prévoyance sur son périmètre
Responsable en lien avec les managers du développement de l’assurance et de la Prévoyance sur son périmètre
3. Contribution à la co-construction des bagages de démultiplication et/ou de formation avec les équipes du siège.
