Job description

- Assuming the role of 1st line Director, reporting directly to the CEO/General Manager for the Risk, Compliance and Security area, and intervening with the management bodies of the Company and the Crédit Agricole Assurances Group (CAA);
- Promoting the implementation of a risk assessment and management system (ORSA) and an internal control system aligned with the Company's strategic objectives and in line with the risk appetite framework defined by the Board of Directors;
- Advising the management body on compliance with the applicable legal, regulatory and administrative provisions, as well as the guidelines issued by the CAA Group, and promoting, in conjunction with the Data Protection Officer, the implementation of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data;
- Define and operationalize the strategy and policies related to the Business Continuity Plan and lead the Company's Security, Protection and Prevention system;
- Carrying out key risk management and compliance verification functions and ensuring appropriate reporting to the Company and Group bodies and supervisory authorities;

- As a member of the Company's Management Committee, participate in defining and implementing the Company's strategic axes and priorities;
- Promoting the development of the values, skills and ongoing training of the management team's employees, ensuring their motivation and level of commitment to the company and its strategic objectives.

    • Training / Specialization
    • - Training in Economics, Management or Actuarial Science, complemented by specific training in risk management or applied mathematics
      - At least 15 years' experience in the insurance industry in a similar role.
      - Experience in the Insurance Industry (Non-Life) in the areas of risk management or applied mathematics;

      - Ability to take a strategic and transversal view of the value chain, and also to intervene in activities of a technical nature when necessary (analytical and problem-solving skills);
      - Seeks to establish relationships of trust and commitment, defending the interests and objectives of the Company

    • - Experience in the Insurance Industry (Non-Life) and qualifications in the areas of technical/actuarial and financial risk management;
      - Good ability to assess legislation, rules of conduct and good management practices;
      - Experience in leading, managing and developing employees, promoting individual responsibility and collective work (team of four technicians);
      - Excellent verbal/written skills and the ability to deal with the various interlocutors at all levels of the organization, in order to foster a strong Risk, Compliance and Safety culture;
      - Strong time and priority management skills in order to achieve objectives, considering multiple deadlines and initiatives simultaneously;
