Job description

Ensuring the implementation and dynamization of existing partnerships and promoting the creation of new partnerships, in accordance with the strategy in force, ensuring the guidance and leadership of the team and contributing to customer satisfaction, competitiveness and business sustainability.

Complément

Create, develop and implement, in partnership with the Director, the plan for prospecting and boosting new partnerships with the appropriate strategic guidelines;
Define, monitor and supervise the implementation of the commercial activities plan, ensuring alignment with the defined strategic lines and the respective monitoring of indicators;
Coordinate the Human Resources assigned to the Commercial
Development and Dynamization Department from an operational point of view, but also from a development point of view, ensuring the necessary support, feedback and monitoring - Ensure team management, taking into account the commercial plan, priorities and stipulated objectives, providing all the necessary support to achieve the KPIs;
Analyze and interpret, in partnership with the Analytics area, relevant data to improve and align the commercial approach to boost results;
Guarantee the flow of communication between your department, other areas, stakeholders and ensure a timely response to requests from the Company;
Keeping abreast of market trends, innovations and competitive movements in their area of activity;
Participating in and ensuring specific training, dissemination and promotion activities;
Making presentations to the Board of Directors, Management and/or in other forums;

    Degree in Management, Marketing or similar;
