Au sein de l’équipe Providers & Banking Regulation, attachée à la Direction Juridique de CACEIS Bank Luxembourg Branch, vous interviendrez en support des juristes du département sur les dossiers concernant l’activité en nom propre de la Banque.

 

Vous accompagnerez les juristes dans les missions suivantes :

  • Veille réglementaire (principalement) ;
  • Rédaction et négociation contractuelle : contrats fournisseurs, contrats de baux, contrats de financement, contrats Intragroupes ;
  • Démarches administratives diverses notamment en lien avec la gouvernance, le suivi des précontentieux et contentieux, et la vie sociale.
