Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Delivery:

Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scope definition, planning, execution, testing, and implementation.

Ensure delivery is aligned with CACI’s strategic roadmap, partner expectations, and regulatory standards.

Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
Stakeholder & Partner Management

Lead engagement with international banking and financial services partners, including coordination with European Distribution partners & TPAs.

Liaise with internal departments (Compliance, Risk, Data, Operations, Finance, IT) to ensure smooth delivery.

Act as the central point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and aligned goals.
Governance & Reporting

Lead project governance processes including steering committees, stakeholder updates, and risk management for assigned projects.

Monitor and report on progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues where necessary.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and financial tracking.
Training & Change Management

Coordinate training and onboarding activities for new tools, products, and partner implementations.

Support change management initiatives across the business to ensure adoption and readiness.

    Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent
    Training / Specialization
    Qualified project manager (Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree) and/or relevant experience in project management (1-2 years)
    Experience in working on projects through the full delivery cycle (from project concept to closing, Waterfall or Agile)
    Minimum experience level
    0-2 years
    Skills needed

    Excellent communication both written and verbal, team player

    Experience with client facing role an advantage

    Proficiency with Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel - Jira an advantage

    Languages: French and English fluency required - Other language an advantage (Italian preferred)
