Job description

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Hong-Kong as a Project Manager. You be part of the Organization department  aims at optimizing existing process and contributes to the reduction of operational risk by providing a reliable support on numerous projects.

 

Your concrete missions will be the following: 

- Work on the Information System Security (ISS) and Controls :

  • Control to Head Office's ISS roadmap ;
  • Conduct local initiated controls, benchmarks and gap analysis ;
  • Create a tool to automate and enhance the controls mechanism ;
  • Manage the user access.

- Coordinate cross-department projects :

  • Take the role as project leader or coordinator ;
  • Organize project meetings with stakeholders ;
  • Conduct project documentation ;
  • Coordination in the whole life of the project: request for proposal, business analysis, development, delivery, User acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, post go-live review, change management

- Coordinate the Business Continuity Plan (BCP):

  • Participate in the annual campaign of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Line procedures ;
  • Be part of the annual BCP test ;
  • Conduct Risk and Threat Analysis.

- Handle ad hoc analysis and tasks assigned by the manager.

 

 

 

To be eligible for a VIE:

- Be less than 28 years old

- Be graduated of Master Degree

- Be EU citizen

      You are postgraduate with a Master Degree from an University, a Business School or an Engineering science with a specialization in IT and/or Project Management.
      A first experience in project management or in IT is necessary.

    • Minimum experience level
    • 0-2 years
    • Compétences recherchées
    • Hard Skills: 

      - Advanced computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) ;

      - VBA, C++, Python or SQL would be a plus ;

      - Fluent in French & English (written and spoken) ; 

      - Mandarin would be a plus. 

      Soft Skills: 

      - Good interpersonal communication ;

      - Ability to pay close attention to details ;

      - Organizational skills ;

      - Team player.
