You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Singapore as Assistant Project Manager & organisation.
You will be part of the Organisation department which supports all business lines, operations and support functions in various topics related to systems and processes: business continuity planning, project management, business transformation, innovation, information system security…
Your concrete missions will be the following :
1. Assist the BCP manager in Business Continuity Management & Crisis management :
• Review Business Continuity Planning (BCP) solutions to ensure the continuity of the Bank’s critical processes;
• Conduct the Business Impact Analysis with each head of department;
• Organize crisis simulation exercises and participate in the Exercise Raffles industry testing;
• Coordinate Crisis Management meetings.
2. Information Security Local Coordinator :
• Ensure the compliance of the local information system with Information System Security Policies of the Group;
• Coordinate the cyber risk analysis of the local systems;
• Initiate and roll out staff awareness campaigns on cybersecurity;
• Contribute actively to the global control plan implementation;
• Maintain the company’s Information System Security – controlling access rights/administering user access.
3. Project Management :
• Coordinate a portfolio of transversal projects: digital transformation, back office / front office systems enhancement, process automation, regulatory projects, new ways of working;
• Identify end user’s needs and design business requirement documentation;
• Coordinate between local, regional, head office and IT teams;
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination;
• Change management;
• Document and streamline workflows and procedures to optimize effective use of resources and enforce work standards and controls.
To be eligible for a VIE:
- Be less than 28 years old
- Be graduated of Master Degree
- Be EU citizen
