Job description

Au sein du département Fund Administration, vous intégrerez l'équipe Financial Reporting, en charge de la production et de l'envoi des rapports KIID / KID (Documents Informations Clés pour L’Investisseur / Documents d’Informations Clés).

En tant que Financial Reporting Officer, votre rôle sera d'assurer la production et le suivi de divers rapports et statistiques.

A ce titre, au quotidien, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Gérer la mise en place du produit souscrit par le client (KID/KIID,  y compris EPT (European PRIIPS Template) et EMT (European MIFID Template),
Produire, analyser et contrôler des KID, EPT, EMT et calculs de services
Communiquer avec les services internes (Luxcellence, Département Juridiques, Commerciaux, IT) et externes (Sociétés de Gestion) en lien avec cette activité.
Prendre en considération les demandes , des clients internes et externes et y répondre
Assurer la production et l’envoi des rapports dans les délais légaux et/ou exigés par les clients pour un portefeuille de clients donnés
Participer à l’activité globale lié à ces produits, et adaptation de l’activité en fonction des évolutions, notamment règlementaires.
Produire les rapports avec une qualité de présentation et de cohérence,
Participer à l’élaboration des procédures opérationnelles,
Participer à des projets divers : Reprise de clients, adaptation de notre offre aux évolutions réglementaires.

    Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent
    Training / Specialization
    Vous êtes diplômé en Finance, Economie ou Gestion.
    Vous avez un intérêt pour les fonds d'investissement et vous avez des connaissances sur les différents instruments financiers et notamment en comptabilité de fonds (calcul de NAV/VNI/VL).
    Minimum experience level
    0-2 years
    Skills needed
    Vous faites preuve de capacités analytique et rédactionnelles. Vous êtes minutieux et attentif aux détails.
    IT tools
    Vous maîtrisez le pack office.
    Languages
    Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
