Au sein du département Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions (PERES), vous intégrerez le service Reporting en charge de la gestion complète des reportings règlementaires et financiers des clients.
En étroite collaboration avec l'équipe comptable vous aurez pour missions principales :
Le reporting financier :
- Rédaction des états financiers annuels ou semi-annuels de tous les clients du département (LuxGaap et IFRS);
- Suivi des audits;
Le reporting règlementaire :
- Préparation et envoi de tout type de reporting règlementaire à la CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) et BCL (Banque Centrale du Luxembourg);
- Assurer le suivi des rapports et répondre aux demandes CSSF/BCL
En fonction de l'actualité de l'équipe vous pourrez avoir certains projets à gérer.
