Vous êtes à la recherche d'une alternance à partir de septembre 2024 ? Vous souhaitez développer vos compétences en Communication et contribuer à des projets motivants au sein d'équipes expertes et dynamiques ?

 

Au sein de la Direction Gestion locative et Relation clients et rattaché(e) à la Directrice de la Gestion Locative et de la Relation Clients Rental Management and Customers Relationship Manager, vous développerez une expertise opérationnelle avec les équipes des métiers de l’immobilier et les fonctions supports.

Vous aurez pour missions :

  • Gestion d’un portefeuille client
  • Participation aux actions de recouvrement
  • Saisie des actes
  • Gestion des charges
  • Régularisations de loyers variables
  • Génération de reportings
  • Gestion de la fiscalité
  • Communication avec les clients bailleurs et locataires
  • Appui aux projets transverses du service
  • Analyses de comptes
  • Tâches administratives
  • Gestion du commerce éphémère
