Job description

Au sein du Département Transformation, rattaché(e) au Directeur de Programme Filière Projet, le/la chargé(e) d’animation Filière Projet participe à la définition des actions d’animation de la communauté de chefs de projets CAL&F (~75 personnes) et à leur mise en œuvre.

Dans ce cadre, tu auras en charge la mise en œuvre des actions d’animation suivantes :

 - Administrer, alimenter et modérer l’espace collaboratif Teams dédié à cette communauté

- Tenir à jour et faire évoluer l’annuaire de ses membres

- Participer à l’organisation d’actions de co-développement, de mentorat et de partage de pratiques entre les membres

- Mener des actions de communication internes pour valoriser les réalisations de la Filière

 

Tu pourras par ailleurs être amené à contribuer aux réflexions visant à professionnaliser et augmenter l’attractivité de la Filière, notamment :

 

- Elaborer d’un parcours de formation certifiant pour les chefs de projet

- Participer à l’évolution du processus de recrutement des postes « projet »
