 Vous rejoindrez les équipes de Global Referential Management qui assurent la gestion des référentiels centraux et des processus associés pour l’ensemble des lignes métier de la banque d’investissement. 

Au sein du pôle OnBoarding Support Europe, l’équipe Sub-contracting & Client Classification intervient sur le périmètre Crédit Agricole CIB monde et est responsable principalement :

  • de la coordination de la gestion des entités en sous-traitance dans les référentiels Tiers et KYC ;
  • de la classification MIFID et de la notification des clients 
  • de la classification fiscale des clients éligibles 

 

Concrètement, vos missions seront les suivantes :

 

  • Comprendre les diverses réglementations et application des textes de gouvernances et procédures de la banque,
  • Traiter des demandes de classifications / catégorisations
  • Valider et enregistrer des documents/données/formulaires liés à chaque réglementation
  • Communiquer avec les correspondants métiers en France et à l’international (les équipes commerciales, équipe conformité, équipes Risques, équipes taxes et IT).
  • Participer à l’amélioration des procédures et modes opératoires;
  • Contribution à l' évolution des outils IT; définition des expressions de besoin et réalisation des tests utilisateurs.


L’équipe est également en charge des relations sous-traitances ainsi que des problématiques de contreparties de marchés.
