Job description

Société du groupe Crédit Agricole Assurances, UAF LIFE Patrimoine est une plateforme de distribution de produits financiers et d'assurance à destination de professionnels du patrimoine.

 

UAF LIFE Patrimoine a réalisé en 2023, 1.13 milliard d’euros de collecte et détenait 6.6 milliards d’euros d’encours. En pleine croissance, elle compte aujourd’hui près de 130 collaborateurs implantés essentiellement sur Lyon.

Dans le cadre de son développement, UAF Life Patrimoine recherche un(e) Assistant(e) comptable en alternance.

 

Rattaché(e) à la comptabilité et encadré(e) par votre tuteur, vous travaillerez transversalement pour Spirica, compagnie d’assurance vie épargne et pour UAF Life Patrimoine, sa filiale de courtage.

Dans ce cadre, vous aurez principalement les missions suivantes :

  • Travaux liés à la trésorerie :

-          Vous réalisez les remises de chèques quotidiennes,

-          Vous émettez les décaissements et les prélèvements des assureurs pour validation,

-          Vous établissez les rapprochements bancaires,

-          Vous établissez les prévisions de trésorerie.

 

  • Travaux liés aux postes clients et fournisseurs :

-          Vous participez à l’émission des factures clients,

-          Vous participez à l’enregistrement des factures fournisseurs

-          Vous justifiez la comptabilité auxiliaire fournisseurs et clients

 

  • Enfin vous participez aux arrêtés comptables.

    • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac +2 et préparez une licence en comptabilité ou dans ce domaine.

    • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre discrétion, votre dynamisme.
    • IT tools
    • ·         Maitrise Pack Office.·         La connaissance de SAGE 1000 serait un plus.
