Job description

Au sein du département de facturation clients (28 personnes) rattachée à la Direction Commerciale, vous aurez pour principale mission l’accompagnement dans la gestion des factures de tiers.

 

Il s’agit de réceptionner, traiter, encoder et échanger avec les clients sur l’ensemble des factures de tiers.

 

Lors du stage, vous aurez également des projets concernant :

 

  • L’optimisation des processus actuels utilisés pour la gestion des factures de tiers ;
  • L’implémentation des commissions CACEIS dans le nouvel outil de facturation du Groupe.

    Training / Specialization
    Vous êtes étudiant en Ecole de commerce et/ou université avec un rythme en alternance.Vous êtes spécialisé en Corporate Finance / Gestion de projet.
    Une première expérience au sein d'une direction financière ou en gestion de projet est un atout.
    Minimum experience level
    0-2 years
    Skills needed
    Vous êtes autonome et organisé et avez déjà réalisé des projets.Vous faites preuve d'aisance relationnelle.
    Ce travail requiert également une grande rigueur, une bonne communication écrite et orale, ainsi qu'un sens aigu des priorités.
    IT tools
    Vous avez une bonne connaissance d'excel. Une connaissance en VBA serait un
    atout.
    Languages
    Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais.
