Vous êtes à la recherche d'une alternance à partir de septembre 2026 ? Vous souhaitez développer vos compétences en immobilier et contribuer à des projets motivants au sein d'équipes expertes et dynamiques ?

 

Rejoignez le département de la Promotion de Crédit Agricole Immobilier. Votre réussite sera celle de notre structure toute entière.

 

Dans le cadre d'un contrat d'apprentissage de 24 mois vous aurez pour missions :

  • Création des demandes d’achats,
  • Création et complétude des bons de commandes,
  • Création des fournisseurs et gestion de la relations fournisseurs notamment les réclamations concernant les règlements, les relances, par courriers et par email,
  • Diffusion au pôle numérisation des situations de travaux validées
  • Contrôle et mise en paiement des factures et situations de travaux,
  • Contrôle de conformité des factures,
  • Contrôle de l’imputation comptable,
  • Contrôle du correct traitement du circuit de validation de la facture (certification, bon à payer, …),
  • Gestion et contrôle des échéanciers de règlement fournisseurs pour transmission au service trésorerie,
  • Justification des soldes des comptes fournisseurs,
  • Etablissement des notes de débit,
  • Gestion du courrier,
  • Liste non exhaustive.
