Job description

Pacifica, notre entité d’assurances Dommages, protège chaque client face aux aléas de la vie dans une démarche globale allant de la prévention à l’indemnisation.
La Direction du Marché des Particuliers réalise les études pour la création et l’évolution des offres et des produits d’assurances destinés à ce marché. Elle bâtit aussi les outils de mesure et d’analyse afin d’assurer la rentabilité et la compétitivité des offres de tous nos marchés.

 

Rejoignez l'équipe Partenaires Prestations Santé, en charge du pilotage de notre délégataire de gestion et des partenaires associés au contrat complémentaire santé PACIFICA.

 

Vos missions 

 

- Participer aux projets d'amélioration de l'expérience client en collaboration avec notre délégataire de gestion ( réalisation d'ateliers sur des thématiques identifiées, suivi des actions...)
- Participer au suivi des opérations de traitement de la fraude en santé (suivi des dossiers, reportings..)
- Participer aux phases d'audit auprès de notre délégataire afin de s'assurer de la conformité des opérations

Votre rémunération 

 

Une rémunération brute mensuelle comprise entre 800 et 1900 euros en fonction de votre type de contrat en alternance, de votre âge et de votre niveau d’études de Bac+1 à Bac+5.
