Key tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for the system and services implementation and management.
    Provide 2nd and 3rd level support;
    Able to perform project management;
    Support the deployment of solutions that meet business demand.
Design and implement solution based on our new infrastructure
For each issue/request, understand the impact, assess the priority and look for solutions.
Document and report provided solutions to the clients by logging all actions into the ticketing system logs.


System Infrastructure Administration:
Windows Server administration (Windows Server 2012/2016) MCSE 70-443
Good knowledge of MS 2016 solutions (Exchange, Skype, Sharepoint, SCCM, SCOM, …)
Excellent skills for AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, NTFS, KMS, ADFS, PKI, IIS.
Administration of ISILON
Good knowledge of PowerShell and VBS script
Knowledge VDI, Citrix, VMWare, Hyper-V, Appsense


Document management: write, adapt and improve internal documentation (procedures, working instructions)
and documentation from external service providers
Communication skills, customer orientation
Highly disciplined and process oriented - attention to detail, high level of accuracy
Outstanding ownership and dedication to the role required
Analytical skills and validation skills
Perfect command of English
Diplomacy skills and team player
Awareness and exposure to change management methodologies and best practices.
