As Network Security Engineer at Azqore SA you are a subject matter expert in the network security area and willing to contribute to greater success of not only the department but also the company's strategy.

Being part of the IT Security Service you will provide network security related services to Azqore and its clients.

Further, you will ensure a continuous operative support to our network security infrastructure based on state of the art solutions/technologies and work close together with leading providers in all network security related areas.

This involves you effort in both daily business and project deployments offering a wide range of responsibilities and subsequently broad development of your personal knowledge.

Your responsibilities:

  • Operate the global network security environment (Firewalls, IPS, Proxies, Reverse Proxies, SSO, Bastion, etc.) and collaborate closely with the Network team.
  • Implement, support, maintain and monitor firewalls and proxies infrastructure
  • Ensure stable operation including solving network related issues and keep the infrastructure up to date
  • Support projects with network security solution designs in alignment with the IT security policy
  • Document network security services including network design and operational manuals
  • Support as a member of the on-call IT security organization.

    • Compétences recherchées
    • Your profile:
      • 5 years of practical experience in managing Checkpoint and/or Fortigate firewalls and Broadcom (Symantec) proxies.
      • Experience with design and implementation of network security infrastructure
      • IT security network certifications preferably with Checkpoint and Fortinet technologies
      • Strong knowledge of switching and routing preferably in Cisco environments
      • Strong knowledge of other IT security technologies (Reverse Proxies, SSO, Bastion, PKI, Antivirus, Vulnerability Scanner, EDR, etc.)
      • Good knowledge of the IT landscape (Linux, Windows, middleware, Ansible, dockers, etc.)
      • Experience with ITIL methodologies
      • Strong team spirit
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to weight problems and set priorities as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills
      • Sound analytical and organizational skills
      • Available to work occasionally outside normal working hours

    • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
