The IT Manager will work for CA Indosuez Switzerland (CAIS) (Head Office in Switzerland and international entities in Asia and the Middle East) in a local matrix organization.

He/she is responsible for a team of IT specialists based in Switzerland and Asia. The position reports directly to the Head of IT and Facility Management of CAIS head office and functionally to the CTO of the CA Indosuez Group (CAIW).

Its main tasks are to:

  • Define, deploy and maintain efficient and ergonomic digital equipment and solutions for the Bank’s staff (Workstations, Infrastructure & Networks, Servers & Storage and communication technologies).
  • Manage a local IT team in Switzerland and Asia. For Asian branches, the IT Manager works closely with local IT Managers and ensures that IT strategy is deployed in Asia.
  • Coordinate, advise and support local IT Managers in their work. Maintain regular contact with Asian branch COOs who manage the daily operational activities of local IT Managers and the projects they are responsible for.
  • Interact with Service Providers, define and monitor the SLAs and supervise the Service Providers to monitor and maintain the delivered services. For CAIS head office, work within an existing outsourcing framework to build and support the Business Manager position – in line with Crédit Agricole Group internal requirements and Swiss regulations authority (FINMA) regulations.
  • Coordinate with other CAIS head office contributors operating in the fields of Functional IT (Orga/MOA Manager), Information Security (CISO) and IT Service Desk in order to achieve the position’s objectives.

Complément

Interact with the IT Technical Managers of the other CAIW entities (Luxembourg, Monaco and France) and the Business Line Manager (CTO) based in Paris.

      • Master’s degree or equivalent
      • Technical skills in IT subfields (Infrastructure, servers and workstations), project management methodology skills, strong awareness of cybersecurity risks and regulatory framework
      • General knowledge of the banking sector and information systems

      • Experience in Service Providers management
      • Operational experience in several Technical IT subfields in the financial services and/or banking sector ideally
      • Team management
      • Knowledge of Banking IT systems
      • Knowledge of customer and bank business risk management tools and procedures
