Within Fund Channel, the Business Development department is dedicated to drive growth of sales to new clients and revenues. Your role is to identify business opportunities and develop clients and revenues on the product / market you are in charge of, in collaboration with internal and group resources. This specific position concerns the development of our newly launch Money Market Platform with corporate treasurers and other potential investors in Money Market Funds.
Your missions are as follows:
- Identify and target prospective clients for our Money Market platforms, mainly treasurers of large European (but Asian and other markets could be required) corporate clients as well as other institutional clients.
- Work closely with Group stakeholders to provide gather intelligence on accounts, prospects and general market activity and develop collaborative approaches for generating opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing opportunities.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, understanding their business challenges and positioning our solutions as the optimal choice.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations, customizing presentations to address the specific requirements and pain points of each client.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, pre-sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting our industry, providing valuable insights to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs.
