The Crédit Agricole Group is continuing its commitment to increasing the number of women in its talent pool, with 41.8% of Crédit Agricole S.A.’s managers being women by the end of 2023.

Particular attention is paid to promoting women to management and leadership positions, in particular through an annual review of management teams and succession plans, including specific monitoring to identify and develop female talent.

To support this dynamic, the Group is rolling out support programmes tailored to each business line, enhanced by targeted initiatives. These include a training programme dedicated to the role of female director, a mentoring programme run by members of the Group Executive Committee, designed to support future female managers, and development programmes for young female talent.

Thanks to these concrete actions and rigorous monitoring, the Crédit Agricole group continues to work towards greater equality and diversity within its management teams.
