Crédit Agricole Group reaffirms its commitment to youth by sustainably supporting the professional integration of young people from schools located in priority education areas.

In 2023, we welcomed 695 students from these schools for an observation internship. Since 2019, this represents nearly 3,005 students welcomed in partnership with the organisations Viens Voir Mon Taf, Tous en stage, Un Stage et Après.

As part of our Youth Plan, all our entities have been mobilizing to welcome middle school students for their 9th-grade observation internship. We are proud to offer each young person a quality internship, supervised by committed employees who share with them the values, professions, and expertise of the group.

By offering these opportunities, we aim to promote equal opportunities by enabling young people to access employment and corporate life, regardless of their background, origin, or education.
