Internal mobility is an important factor in developing the skills of all our employees, both in France and abroad. It allows each employee to build his or her own career in a responsible manner by developing his or her skills through rich and varied training courses, in particular via the LinkedIn Learning platform or with IFCAM, the Crédit Agricole University. As each path is unique, these new applications allow our employees to develop their potential and increase their employability.
As a responsible employer, internal mobility is one of our priorities. In 2023, 11,790 internal transfers were made within Crédit Agricole S.A.
To support our employees in their career development, we organise mobility events. MobiliJobs is one of these annual events. The aim is to give employees the opportunity to get to know our entities and business lines, to find out about them and to be advised on the various stages of a mobility project!
