MISSIONS
Period of internship : January - June 2025 (6 months)
The Client Service Trainee will support Relationship Managers in daily client servicing and onboarding activities. This role involves performing daily controls, responding to requests from clients, sub-distributors and asset managers, producing tailored reports and analyses, and coordinating onboarding of new clients onto the platform.
Main tasks:
- Support Relationship Management and other internal departments by handling requests/questions
- Follow-up of relations with bottom 200 Asset Managers:
- Coordinate onboarding of new Asset Managers (AMs), including:
- Creating and maintaining the AM onboarding Excel follow-up
- Preparing and sending onboarding communications to AMs (inclusing attachments and pricing), initiating contact initiating contact and issuing reminders.
- Acting as liaison between onboarding teams and the Relationship Manager team.
- Organizing and leading internal meetings to follow up on negotiations and contractualization with AMs.
- Making sure that all actions are identified during those calls/meeting
- Negotiating and validating AM pricing.
- Coordinating with other departments, employees and external counterparts to meet onboarding requirements and deadlines.
- Respond to client requests, including :
- Handling enquiries related to trailer fees (collection, payment, rates).
- Maintaining and updating the CRM database.
- Produce tailored reporting and analysis:
- Prepare monthly manual reports
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and reports as requested by clients or management
