The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for the working aspects of HR operations, supporting and reporting to the managers within the operations function. Responsible for accurate and timely data entry of all employee life cycle events; support the data collection for our Risk committee meetings and support Visa applications. 

Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for data entry of employee life cycle events, from on / off boarding administration, maternity, paternity etc.
  • Responsible for processing cost centre movements within iTrent
  • Responsible employee data management – maintaining validator / approver and reporting managers
  • Preparation of HR documents
  • First line of support on HR operational employee queries
  • Participate in HR projects
  • Responsible for processing Invoices
  • Responsible for processing references
  • Support HR Benefit policy queries
  • HR Mobility support
  • HR Operational risk support – data collection gathering


  • To support the general management of iTrent HRMS. Responsibilities include:
    • Cost Centre management in liaison with Finance
      Provide support to HR Teams;
    • Support the running and distribution of HR MI Reporting as directed by HRIS manager.
  • Provide Support for PeopleDoc queries
  • Support development for additional processes/modules within Peopledoc
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects

 Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities

  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
  • Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

      • iTrent (Midland HR)
      • PeopleDoc
      • MS Excel
      • MS Word /MS Powerpoint / Visio / MS Project/ MS Access
      Need to comfortable navigating around HR Systems, enjoys data entry, familiar with HR process and procedures.
