The Senior Project Lead is responsible for planning, executing, delivering large and complex projects of significance for the CACEIS Group and Country.  This role requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, aligning deliverables to business strategy, and driving measurable operational improvements across global teams in a Follow the Sun model. The Senior Project Lead is able to effectively deliver end to end project management and guide Project Leads and Project Managers on their projects / missions.

What will you do?

 

1.Deliver Projects End-to-End

  •  Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

 

2.Manage Stakeholders & Governance

  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership, clients, regulators, and internal teams; provide project updates and governance reports; support steering committees.

 

3.Lead Change Management

  • Drive organizational change initiatives, including training, communications, and process adoption; ensure a smooth transition from project to business-as-usual (BAU).

 

 4.Align Operations & Technology

  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, and other functions / teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs, including system testing, data migration, and cutovers.

 

5.Ensure Compliance & Risk Management

  • Meet all relevant compliance, legal, and risk standards; partner with compliance teams for jurisdiction-specific requirements.

    • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
    • 17–20 years of experience in financial industry. Domain expertise in asset servicing, custody, fund administration, or banking operation will be highly advantageous.

    Outils informatiques
    • 5-8 years in project management, preferably with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint).
