Role Description

Azqore Singapore is seeking a qualified Integration engineer to work on deployment activities, System administration (IBM Websphere) and CICD for Azqore IT.

  • Work with Run Team on ensuring that S2I system for non-production (DEV, INT, SIM, UAT, etc) are available and functional.
  • Work on incident management for environment and deployment issues. 
  • The candidate should also have a solid experience in Jenkins, GitLab and XL Deploy pipeline design and implementation.
  • Work as a production L2 Engineer to ensure the run of the applications in his perimeter in the differenet environments (Production, UAT…)

Professional Competences (Know-How)

  • Well versed in GitLab and Jenkins frame work for Packaging and Deployment.
  • Should be able to debug release and deployment issues (Merge conflicts, Jenkins jobs, etc).
  • Troubleshoot and investigate environment availability and performance issues.  
  • Able to automate dashboard reports , providing system status for Non Prod environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of Git flow and branching strategies.
  • Good inter-team collaboration skills for BAU and project initiatives. 
  • Experience with ability to lead DevOps Activities and Implementations effectively across organizations and engagements.
  • Design, build and maintain the CI/CD infrastructure and tools
  • Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD process using tools like SVN, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes and Ansible with Python.
  • Experienced in creation, integration and administration of CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Nexus.
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery with Git, Nexus, Jenkins and XL Deploy and comfortable in maintaining and enhancing the code.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure for the WAS, MQ, Tomcat, JBoss, IHS Application servers and Webservers.
  • Hands-on Experience with UNIX environment mainly Linux along with windows OS.
  • Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
  • Experience with Docker containerization and clustering (Kubernetes)
  • Communication with users to gather DevOps requirements and analyse/address issues.
