The Head of IT will work for CA Indosuez Switzerland (CAIS) (Head Office Swiss and international entities in Asia and the Middle East) in a local matrix-based organisation.

The Head of IT is responsible for a team of IT specialists based in Switzerland and Asia. The position reports directly to the Head of IT and Facility Management of CAIS head office and functionally to the CIO of the CA Indosuez Group (CAIW).

His/her main tasks are the following :

In charge to define, deploy and maintain efficient and ergonomic Digital equipment and solutions for Bank’s staff (Workstations, Infrastructure & Networks, Servers & Storage and communication technologies).
 
Interacts with the Technical IT Managers of the other CAIW entities (Luxembourg, Monaco and France) and the Business Line Manager (CIO) based in Paris.

Coordinates with the other contributors of CAIS head office operating in the fields of Functional IT (Orga/MOA Manager), Information Security (CISO) and IT Service Desk in order to meet the obligations of the position.

Interacts with the Service Providers, understand/define the SLAs and supervise the Service Provider to control and maintain the delivered services.

With respect to the CAIS head office, works within an existing outsourcing framework to build and take charge of the Business Manager position - as meant by the internal requirements of the Crédit Agricole Group and the regulations of the Swiss Regulator (FINMA).

With respect to the Asian branches, the Head of IT works in close collaboration with the local IT Managers and ensures that the IT strategy is deployed in Asia. The Head of IT coordinates, advises and supports the local IT Managers in their work. He/She maintains regular contact with the COOs of the Asian branches who manage the daily operational activities of the local IT Managers and the projects they are responsible for.

      • Solid experience managing Service Providers
      • Solid operational experience in several Technical IT subfields in the financial services and/or banking fields ideally with experience in auditing in these fields
      • Knowledge of Banking Industry regulatory constraints
      • Knowledge of the tools and procedures enabling management of the risks related to the activity for customers and the bank
