Your role
🎯 You are at the beginning of a great adventure: support the international development of a fast-growing digital pure player, eager to conquer the German market!
Your mission is to detect market opportunities and develop a strong action plan based on market situation and opportunities, competition and relying on resources and expertise provided by central teams.
In close collaboration with our central marketing teams (Product Marketing, Growth, Data Analytics, Brand & Communications, CRM), you will help define and drive an ambitious marketing plan to achieve a successful launch of BforBank on the German market.
You are part of our local German team and will be reporting to both the local Country Manager with a functional reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (based in Paris).
🚀 In this role you will:
Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to the German market
Collaborate closely with Brand & communications, product marketing, SEO, acquisition and partnership teams based in Paris to ensure cohesive, effective campaigns and best-fit local lead-generating partners.
Manage projects rigorously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results, while coordinating with both local and central teams for localization and alignment with global initiatives.
Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of KPIs, with the help of Data & Analytics and acquisition teams
Foster a creative and analytical approach to marketing, continuously exploring new channels and tactics to engage our target audience.
Together with the Country Manager as well as his team, you will identify new market trends, suggest evolutions,... and liaise with Paris based International team, international Product Managers, Marketing teams as well as other support functions depending on the topics
